I'd suggest playing Bannette ex to prevent your opponent's hand full, but overall, great deck! Note: (This can deal some massive damage if your playing against Tinkaton ex!)
and also play 3 rare candies instead of 4
If you add in the Banette ex (Scarlet & Violet) I would agree with the Technical Machine: Evolution (Paradox Rift) tool without that it feels a bit underwhelming with only 1 pokemon evolution possible at max and the stage 1 also being potentially prized at the start of the game and then you just get nothing out of using the attack. I feel like the deck runs a lot of energy it does not necessary need 5 fire and 2 magma basin's should suffice I'd rather add in more consistency with Earthen Vessel (Paradox Rift) than increase the amount of energy. Iono (Paldea Evolved) is a dangerous card for this deck would probably only run 1. An interesting card for this deck is Wallace (Silver Tempest) it would fit well for drawing power considering the opponent might draw more before they are aware of the danger or simply because they are bricked and really need more cards. Cycling Road (151) might also be enticing for the opponent while helping you to setup fire energy for your Magma Basin (Brilliant Stars) later.
Overall an interesting deck idea I was thinking about building a chandelure deck as well at one point, but so far have not pulled a lot of them so I haven't built one yet.
