Charge up your electric type pokemon and unleash a huge discharge.

Minun/Lotad use attack to put Raichu V and Boltund V on the bench. After Minun/Lotad gets knocked out, switch to Boltund V and charge up Raichu or potentially another Boltund. If you want to charge a Boltund on the bench, that's the one you evolve into Boltund VMAX. Otherwise you can go into a pumped up Raichu. Cross switcher creates an opportunity to swap Raichu and Boltund VMAX but that's all about tempo. Alternatively, start with
