In this deck Charizard ex gets a whopping 50-70 damage increase on all it's attack by using Brute Bonnet, Binding Mochi and Perilous Jungle. The poison element allows us to use Atticus, one of the strongest supporters in the format.

Unless you're facing a Charizard, Perilous Jungle isn't available to you or they play a cape you're basically OHKO'ing everything once they've taken 3 prize cards. Even at 2 prize cards the poison damage after your opponents turn sums up to 320 dmg, making it very uncomfortable for your opponent to swing back with a Pokemon like Dragapult.
