Have you considered the 90 HP Charmelon with the ability Flare Veil? It's really helpful in this current format but what is the purpose of Quaquaval? I do see the use of it getting your Energy from your hand onto your Pokémon. Also, couldn't you replace 2 Counter Gain's with 2 Powerglasses and remove the other Counter Gain as they only really benefit Pidgeot since Zard doesn't use Colorless Energy. You should also consider at least 1 60 HP Charmander with the Attack Heat Tackle to OHKO Budew. You also don't really need 2 Turo's Scenario so you should cut one to make Iono go to 2 and perhaps another card to make it go up to 3 Iono's as Iono is really good especially in Stage Two decks and add in a Pidgeotto as it can take advantage of Grand Tree and personally, 4 Vessels feels too high so I'd recommend at least cutting it down to 1-2 copies.
