Deck Primer

Slowly coming back to terrorize the Meta again. In Destined Rivals this deck only gets better with Shaymin.

Strategy: Charizard ex you probably know what it does by now. It's taken over the meta before Traumatic Evolutions released. Same here for Pidgeot ex it's been Charizard's Accomplice for a long time due to Quick Search. Strategy: Charizard ex you probably know what it does by now. It's taken over the meta before Traumatic Evolutions released. Same here for Pidgeot ex it's been Charizard's Accomplice for a long time due to Quick Search. Also, I'd recommend to go second with this deck as its overall good for this deck due to Budew and or Cleffa being used. The Charmander with 60 HP is used as a Tech Card since it help OHKO Budew earlier on due to doing 30 damage and is only a singular Fire Energy. Anyways, for your first turn, get up 2-3 Charmander's, Pidgey maybe 2, and a Duskull. Do get up Budew or Cleffa if you're going second to use either Grasping Draw or Itchy Pollen, that or just use TM: Evolution to get out your Pokémon a lot more quickly. Dusknoir isn't really needed to the point of 2 copies but it is still a good option to have. The other Charmeleon, from 151, opts as another Single Prize attacker if you somehow cannot get Zard out and is quite helpful in some scenarios. Now for the ACE SPEC of choice, Maximum Belt, is a great ACE SPEC for Zard as you can deal more Damage much more efficiently and can allow you to OHKO Pult a lot more quicker too. There are many other good options however, such as Unfair Stamp, Prime Catcher, Precious Trolley, Grand Tree, or even Hero's Cape! Any of those options work but I personally find Maximum Belt the best for Zard. Anyways, Chi-yu is here for a Single Prize Attacker and can do 180 Damage if any of your Pokémon were KO'd during your Opponent's turn which does happen often and can help against that horrifying Cornerstone Ogerpon and that vile Mimikyu with Safeguard. Turo's Scenario helps recover a Charizard ex to prevent your opponent from knocking it out. Thank you to @Kard Knight for this suggestion! Anyways, feel free to make any changes or leave any suggestions!

Edit #1: Removed Mist Energy for a second Dusknoir.

Edit #2: Removed a Charmander for a Charmander from OBF to defeat Budew and Jacq was replaced with Brock's Scouting.

Edit #3: Removed Brock's Scouting, 1 Flare Veil Charmeleon, Grand Tree, 1 Dusknoir, 1 Iono, 1 Ultra Ball, 1 Nest Ball, 1 TM: Evo, and some other overall changes. They have been replaced with Jacq, Budew, 2nd Artazon, 2nd Boss's Orders, 1 Charmeleon from 151, a 3rd Zard, Maximum Belt, Chi-yu, and a 4th Rare Candy. Also, the reason for the Dusknoir Line always being in Prismatic Evolutions is due to the website thinking the Shrouded Fable one is the Illustration Rare variant and since I make my decks not blinged out at all, I have to use the Prismatic Evolutions version for it to copy properly and to keep its prices accurate.

This deck will slowly rise and maybe dominate again in Detsined Rivals like how it did in Japan. This list is close to what will come when I make a variant of this for Destined Rivals.
