C O N G R A T U L A T I O N S !

Charizard is actually good in Expanded! This deck is not the optimal version, but I don't blame you for not knowing. The best Charizard List currently uses the Shady Dealings engine to get trainer cards, and energy acceleration trainers for the most part are pointless because Charizard does it itself. Kiawe is also just a bad card in general. Additionally, Flareon-EX is a worse version of OBF Entei, and you can afford get rid of the tag teams. Probably your best deck yet though.

CountyGibbon798 Yay! Second positive comment from you after the past half-year of misery! (lol)

Looks like a gym leader format with the ammount of 1 copies of cards. So isn't Kiawe so he can flood Flareon with energy if Charizard is stuck in prizes ?
Tag Team is strong too.

Best option is to remove the pokemon ranger and 3 energies to add a extra pidgey, a extra pidgeotto and a extra pidgeot ex
