  Use Delphox V and Entei V (and Roaring Moon when it comes) to attack while setting up the Charizard and waiting for your opponent to take a prize or two. Then break out the Charizard and start attacking. Use Roaring Moon for vmax's and annoying things you can't get with the Charizard. 

If your playing Mew or Gardevoir, just use the Charizard.
