This is a disruptive Charizard VMAX decklist. It plays 3 Marnie, 4 Crushing Hammer, and 2 Fan of waves to be as efficently disruptive as it could be. I also took advantage of the fact that none of the Pokemon played have abilites, so I added Green's exploration as a search engine.
