The main idea of this deck is to be able to pull off large OHKOs with your Charizard VMAX. Even though Charizard has an insane attack with 300 damage, it wasn't able to KO pokemon VMAX in one hit nor would it be easy to pull off in one turn with the attack cost of 5 energies. However, by using your magma basin, attaching your double turbo energy for turn, and pulling off a Rose you can actually power up your Charizard in a single turn. The Rose's main con is that it discards your hand, but a fresh new hand of 3 can be remade using your bibarel, to keep you in the game. Also, your double turbo energy lowers your maximum damage output with even a choice belt to 310, good to KO mew but not much else, thankfully this can be offset using your Inteleon 20 damage snipe. Cross Switcher is in this deck because, many, if not all turns of the game, you'll be using a Rose, this makes it so that you cannot play any Boss' Orders to gust up anything, unless you can utilize your cross switcher (Both of which can be found with your Inteleon line).  Cram-o-matic and Arceus VSTAR are mainly only to find your Double Turbo energies as they can't be found with a shady dealings.
I personally am not able to build this deck right now but I believe this deck can be quite a fun rogue deck idea to make Charizard somewhat viable. High counts of hand thinning pokeball cards are to streamline your efficiency with draw, as it is limited. The idea is to shady dealings for perhaps 2 evolution incense's and an quick ball maybe to bench and evolve a couple pokemon, this way when you draw your 5 cards with bibarel you won't be getting lots of evolution pokemon or ball search cards, but intead what you actually need at the moment.
