Deck Primer

First draft of a Charizard ex deck I've been playing. Power up classic Zard with Tera Zard to OHKO practically anything in the format, or just play Tera Zard for knockouts. I'm also working on an alternate version of this with more Tools and Arven, so that'll probably release soon as well.
