This time, no proxies (wow!). Probably not a budget deck, but more of a rogue deck than anything. Use Rapidash and Choice Belt for damage boost. Magma Basin to accelerate energy discarded (i.e with Rapidash/Radiant Greninja) and to power Charizard VStar's Explosive Fire so it does 230 damage base. Path to the Peak for control alongside Boss and Serena. You can even use Star Blaze to Knockout anything you want (Mew, Lugia, whatever).
