Pokemon Master Charon

Before starting the game, place Heatran in the lost zone.

Heat Rising:

Once per turn, you may shuffle an event from the event discard pile into the event deck.

Once per turn (before attacking), if there are 3 or more events in the discard pile, you may place a burn counter on your opponent's active pokemon, that pokemon is now burned.
