Spam Angelite every turn with this one simple trick!

So, Sylveon ex has a "fun" attack that lets you delete 2 of your opponent's benched Pokemon on a whim, and everyone loves that! But, it has a little catch that doesn't allow you to use the same attack on consective turns, no matter which Pokemon uses the attack. However, there exists a very popular card in the Expanded format that also happens to work here! Pokemon Ranger removes all effects of attacks from each player and each of their Pokemon. Usually this is used to shut down ADP decks, but here it happens to not only do that, but also remove Angelite's restrictive effect from yourself! It also has some minor uses for if the opponent uses an Item lock attack or the likes, but we're focusing on Angelite.

With this, you can recover it with VS Seeker to spam Angelite every turn and decimate your opponent's bench, preventing them from setting up. Even getting your opponent's active Pokemon gone is trivial when you have cards like Guzma and Phione (which is a better version of Iron Bundle) available. Girafarig is also a good dirsuptive tool if you need to deal with a pesky Regidrago VSTAR  player, or an overzealous Lugia VSTAR player who dumped their Archeops too early. Sudowoodo also helps against decks that rely heavily on Sky Field, as its effect overshadows that of the Stadium's, and 4 is a nicer number of Pokemon to have to Angelite as opposed to 5. Path to the Peak also exists to make it all the harder for your opponent to set up or gain back momentum after you Angelite them a couple times, as it shuts down stuff like the Dede/Lele/Bat core.

Now, for such an awesome attack, setting it up is a different story. Luckily, thanks to Counter Energy coming out before "rule box" was a term, if you're behind on prizes it works just fine on ex cards, since they're different from EX's. You don't plan to be dealing much damage anyways, so it works just fine. Sparkling Crystal also helps with the attack's cost, and Tapu Koko Prism is just a flat-out awesome way to accelerate Lightning Energy. Guzma & Hala, Colress's Tenacity, and Viridian Forest all help with Energy gain as well, and Night Stretcher combined with Battle Compressor can get you Energy cards, albiet kind of clunkily.

Have fun!

If you want to take this deck to PTCGL, it's quite simple to replace the XY cards!

- Replace Float Stone with Air Balloon

- Replace Pokemon Ranger with Channeler

- Replace VS Seeker with additional copies of your important Supporters

- Replace Battle Compressor with extra consistency cards

I'd say probly remove a Pokemon Ranger and put in a Channeler.

Lugiawings Ranger is way better than Channeler in the format due to the existence of ADP. if you Ranger them after they use ALtered Creation, it completely burns their GX attack, and the chanecs of them having some negative effect you'd be removing for them is too low to afford completely winning certain ADP matchups.
