You don't need 4 Nest Ball if you run 4 Battle VIP Pass and 4 Irida. I'd suggest only 1 or 2. Try an additional lightning energy. 4 Ultra Ball feels like a lot. I'd use 2 or 3. You desperately need a couple of stadiums to stop Path. Skater's Park is a personal favorite, but Mesagoza and Temple of Sinnoh are both helpful. Lake Acuity can add some extra bulk to help with the Roaring Moon and Lugia matchups given that they struggle to hit above 220. If you have space try adding another Iono and some more water energy.

Thank you for the suggestions. I was looking at all the pro Chien-Pao decks and they had 4 VIP Passes and 4 Nest Balls too.  But I will shorten it to 3 Nest balls. Same with the ultra balls too. You don't really need more water energy if you use shivery chill and superior Energy retrieval. I will add some Skaters Park because I do run into a lot of times that I need to retreat.
