You need a second Lightning Energy to get away with using Iron Hands. There's a 1/10 chance (actually slightly higher) of it being prized. I really like Iron Bundle as a gust if needed and a nice tech against evolution based decks that can't find an alternative attacker easily or have a hard time switching. I don't think you need 3 Baxcalibur, and 2 is ok, but it's kind of risky, but I'd rather have a useful trainer like a Switch. I'd also swap Counter Catcher with Boss just for the consistency. I find that I often take the first prizes in a game with Chien-Pao, as it's a decently fast and consistent deck. I'd also suggest adding a Lumineon V for an easier supporter grab. I like Lost Vacuum as a card to bump Path that can be searched with Irida, but it doesn't come up too often. Overall, it's a nice idea! I'm going to try running Iron Bundle in my Chien-Pao deck now!
