I have tried this deck out at locals(albeit with some different rarities) and it did alright. However, I have found kyogre to be a dead card more often than not. It's gonna be tough to decide on a single card to replace that one with, I have a few suggestions. Echoing horn if you want to try for an end game KO, Iron Bundle for another option to gust, or perhaps another super rod or escape rope.
