You have way too many energy. A full count of Chien-Pao ex is too much. Also run 4 Irida instead of Arven. Bravery Charm can be dropped for more useful cards. You should run 1 or 2 Iono, not 3. You should also add a 2-2 Bibarel line to draw more cards. You forgot Rare Candy as well. Energy Loto is absolute garbage. You should run Earthen Vessel instead, or if you really want, Energy Search. Also use some Ultra Ball. You don't need a full count of Energy Retrieval. Superior Energy Retrieval with 0-2 Energy Retireval is enough. And DO NOT use Energy Recycler. You just need some Superior Energy Retrievals. You won't need that much energy. Also add a Hisuian Heavy Ball. You can work with 10-12 energies. 18 is insane. I'd recommend looking at some other Chien-Pao decks to get an idea for what works. Mostly use Irida instead of Arven and ADD RARE CANDY.
