This needs a lot of work.

 First, you only need 2 chien-paos. You should play cards like super rod and night stretcher (I suggest 2 of each.) so you don't have to worry about not having enough attackers. This is optional, but you can put in iron hands ex (just 1) to get the extra prize card when the opponent's active pokemon is low. You don't need arctibax, because you can play rare candy to evolve frigibax (only 3.) straight to baxcalibur. (only 2.) 9 energies is enough, because if you play superior energy retrieval you can get back 4 energies after a big hit with chien-pao. This next step is a must. Don't play nemona or youngster. You can swap them with some Ionos. They are better. If you want my chien-pao list go to my decks and find "My competetive tournamemt deck" and click on it. There will be the list.
