Awesome deck. I don't understand dittto as you plenty of graveyard recursion. Also I think that you might get distracted puttting resources into Iron Hands as he is 4 energy. Which means you would only have 5 water for a maximum of 300 so not enough to OHKO a Vmax or some EX pokemon. I also wouldn't have 3 pokestop's It's a bit excessive and not nessecary to the deck. It is a spectalcular deck overall but however can as with all deck's be improved.
