Chien Pao is pretty bad right now. That's why I tried to revive this deck.

Meet Chien Pao Terapagos.

Flex Spots:

N's Plan can be replaced with an Iono for disruption.
Cutting the Hoothoot with 80 HP for one with 70 is absolutely to your disgression and based on your playstyle. 
Briar can be cut if it doesn't seem too useful for extra draw support.
Ditto and Buddy Buddy Poffin go hand in hand. If you cut Ditto, I would cut a Poffin.
Prime Catcher can be replaced with Secret Box if it works better for

Strategy:

Get a Fan Rotom and Frigibax out, grab Hoothoots, if possible a Chien Pao. Never fill your bench without a Tera such as Terapagos ex or Wellspring Ogerpon. T2 try to Rare Candy into Baxcalibur and setup either Chien Pao or Wellspring as your attacker.

MU:

Let me know what MUs you want me to cover!

Good:
Charizard ex: The key is outspeeding Zard and taking revenge KOs. Rare Candy into Bax T2 goes deep and hurts them. If they can't set up a Pidgeot ex, they're in huge trouble. Be fast about and use Briar if needed.

Neutral:

Bad: 

Gholdengo ex: Simply better in every way, with a more powerful energy system and can easily destroy you with Weakness.
