A few problems I see off the bat here: Way too much energy, not enough trainers. Ideally, you would want the two values you have for Energy and trainers to be switched, 30ish trainers and 12-15ish energy cards (unless you are playing something like Kyogre from Celebrations). The Wailord line seems a little out of place here, I suggest going with just the Snorlax VMax; in the Expanded format it's very reliable with the options of Sky Field and Triple Acceleration energy, both of which can be searched out with Guzma & Hala, which can in turn be searched out with Tag Call. This conversion saves an incredible amount of space, which you can fill with support pokemon like Dedenne GX and Crobat V, alternate attackers like Suicune V (an attacking combo of Suicune V and Snorlax VMax run with Melony and Sky Field could be incredibly powerful), and way more trainers. Trainers run decks, end of story. They find pokemon, draw cards, disrupt you opponent, accelerate energy, you name it.

(cont'd) You have some in here, like Cheren, but while Cheren and other "Draw 3 Cards" Supporters do let you see more cards, what you really want to be doing is setting up your board or using trainers that let you see even more cards, like Marnie, N, Professor's research, Quick Ball, Melony, on and on the list goes with so many options.

If you do opt for the Suicune/Snorlax strategy, just be sure to fill your bench! Quick Ball, Sonia, as well as other supporters would help with this
