The only card that's not in format is the Blend Energys though, so I'ts not completely done, I have to find a replacement for that.
Why you need the blend energy? for a energy with more than one atribute? Just use Luminous Energy (Paldea Evolved) , it's not possible to use with the Neo Upper Energy (Temporal Forces) in case you want to use the second attack of cinderace put is idea
Yeah, I just fixed the deck; I found out the chances of getting a cinderace ex and a pidgeot on turn 2 are high. You can also adjust some of the deck to make it into format, if its not already.
