Deck Primer

Infernape helps accelerate 2/3 Energy Required for Cinderace which helps out quite a bit.

Strategy: I'd recommend to go second with this deck but going first is fine. Anyways, for your first turn, you should try to get up 2 Scorbunny's, and 1-2 Chimchar's. You could also get out Munkidori if you wanted to, and if you're going second get out either Budew or Cleffa. Anyways, if you're going second, you have 3 Options:

1.) Use Budew's Itchy Pollen to item-lock them.

2.) Use Cleffa's Grasping Draw to draw

Strategy: I'd recommend to go second with this deck but going first is fine. Anyways, for your first turn, you should try to get up 2 Scorbunny's, and 1-2 Chimchar's. You could also get out Munkidori if you wanted to, and if you're going second get out either Budew or Cleffa. Anyways, if you're going second, you have 3 Options:

1.) Use Budew's Itchy Pollen to item-lock them.

2.) Use Cleffa's Grasping Draw to draw up to 7 Cards.

3.) Use TM: Evolution to get out your Evolution Pokémon out a lot faster.

Now choosing between these 3 are good regardless but they do also depend on the situation. As an example, say you have like 1 Card in hand being like Buddy-Buddy Poffin, you could use it to get a Pokémon you need and Cleffa out to use Grasping Draw to get more cards while thinning out your deck. Now for an example for Budew, let's say you have decent cards in hand that you need and you have a small lead against your Opponent, so just slow them down a bit with Itchy Pollen. Now as for TM: Evolution, let's say you have board set up and your Opponent's in a situation where they cannot do much or if you're under an item-lock from your Opponent's Budew or something else like Banette ex, if you can't use Rare Candy, or have a decent lead TM: Evolution is a decent option. Now moving onto the explanations for the cards in here, Munkidori serves as a purpose to help move damage off of your Pokémon and move it onto your Opponent's, which makes getting KO's a lot easier and healing your Pokémon and it could be removed but I added it since Darkness Energy is needed for Garnet Volley. Anyways, Briar helps get an additional prize with Cinderace later on into the game which is pretty helpful, Turo's Scenario helps reset a Cinderace removing all damage from it but isn't always needed and can be cut for a Third Cinderace. Infernape helps get your Fire and Fighting Energy from your hand to get attached to your Pokémon in anyway you like (being Cinderace most of the time), which can help you attack really quickly. Earthen Vessel and Crispin help get out your Energy fairly easy but you could try and get a second Crispin in as well. Now for the ACE SPEC of choice, Maximum Belt, also yes  there are many great options to choose from but I personally prefer Maximum Belt as it allows Cinder to OHKO mostly every Pokémon ex with the huge threats being Gardy, Pult, and Zard. Also, Archaludon if it used its attack that removes its weakness. It's just really versatile but you could run something else which will be explained in the new Category I'm adding being Cards to Consider or CTC for short. Anyways, Bloodmoon Ursaluna opts as a Late Game Attacker or essentially to use Bloodmoon to win the game by taking your last few prizes if you cannot attack with Cinderace. That's basically all, so feel free to make any changes or to leave any suggestions and thank you to @Pyxel for the suggestion of making an Infernape deck!

CTC:

So there are many other good cards that could be considered for this list which is why I have decided to make a new Category/Section for this description and may happen sometimes for other decks.

Now for the first card you could consider is a different ACE SPEC. There are plentiful of options that are great in this deck such as Sparkling Crystal, Grand Tree, Precious Trolley, and maybe Neo Upper Energy (NUE for short).

Now for cards that could use another copy, Artazon could be played at 2 but if you decided to use Grand Tree leave Artazon at 1, 2nd Boss's Orders, really helpful especially if you want more consistency, a 2nd Crispin as its overall helpful but Earthen Vessel and Infernape can already do that, and finally, a 2nd Budew in place of Cleffa, this is a decent choice to make but Grasping Draw is just really helpful to have overall.

Now for other cards that could be added, 2 Jacq's now for the reason of this is for the fact of 2 Technical Machine: Evolution's being played and if you're under item-lock you can get your Evolution Pokémon out. Another decent pick is 1-2 Brock's Scouting same reason as Jacq but for either 2 Basic Pokémon or 1 Evolution Pokémon.

Pyxel  I have made an Infernape based deck as you had suggested but it does more of a support role. Also, the original Cinderace build will be undergoing some changes.

This deck is very Stage 2 heavy, so I would suggest swapping the Max Belt for a Grand Tree. It loses power, but it's worth the add!

Also a good add is Gravity Mountain so you can OHKO Gardevoir without the use of Munkidori. Great deck!

Oh wait nvm I didn't see the Defiance Band in there lol
