Attach fire energies to your Coalossal with the help of various Pokemon and Trainers. Use Magma Basin on your Armarouge and Fire Off the energy to Coalossal. (Coalossal must be in your Active spot.) To get a Magma Basin, use Sawsbuck's ability if you need one. If you have a Magma Basin, you can get a Calamitious Wasteland with the ability to prevent your opponent's Active Pokemon from retreating.
