I wanted to create similar deck, but just couldn't find the consistency there. For example, you have no cards to return Pokemon from Discard pile, like Rescue Carriers, but there is only one Skwovet, one Swablu and one Altaria. Also, no Heavy ball if any of those Pokemon are in prizes. It's hard to have all the right cards when you try to do a lot of different plays in the same deck.
I also believe you are missing Floette.
