In Coalossal decks, all you need is Coalossal and Oranguru. No other Pokemon. Add 4 Rotom Phone to get an energy on top of your deck if not Oranguru. Other than that, excellent!

Cape of toughness only works on basic pokemon, it will not work with coalossal vmax.
