Muahahaha! While this is a colourless Lugia deck, I'm using Lugia EX instead of the VSTAR! Lugia EX's Overflow abilitylets it take an extra prize card for knockouts it achieves, so by adding attacks to its kit via Technical Machine: Blindside, you can snipe the bench easily! Its first attack isn't even half-bad, either. Special Charge and Archeops allows you to recover your Plasma Energy cards like it's nothing! Happy trolling!

Deseus | Legacy of Wrath I rarely make decks that are actually serious about winning games, so if you're looking at my decks thinking that you can run these into a tournament and get results, you're in the wrong place. With that out of the way, purely saying something is bad without stating why is neither constructive or needed.

Anyways, what would you want to see changed with this deck? I'd love to know what I may have missed!

CountyGibbon798 Where did I imply that I thought you made this a competitive deck? Nowhere. You have access to the whole Expandd card pool here and instead you take a one-dimensional approach to this idea like you're playing with Standard. No excuse to have a bad list like this when again, you have access to ALL of Expanded's card pool. No Compressor or a good draw engine like Dede-Lele-Bat. The idea is a good and fun one, the execution of it is atrocious. If you're gonna make the claim "happy trolling", at least make a decent list. This is like a 1/5 grade.

Deseus | Legacy of Wrath The lack of certain cards like Tapu Lele, Crobat, and Dedenne  was a consious choice, as I make decks that use fun strategies and not always focused on winning games. If I wanted to make this deck any better, then yeah, I'd probably be running a stronger list with the mentionned cards. Whenever I try to make decks that use good expanded cards, it usually ends up looking the same across a lot of lists, bar a few exceptions, so I tend to avoid a lot of the commonly used cards to make a deck that I like, although it usually comes at the cost of viability. If you want to improve this list, by all means go ahead! (And trust me, I've made worse decks, so if this is your idea of atrocious execution, I'm sure some of the older decks I've made will give you a stroke or something lol.) Anyways, have a good day! :D

CountyGibbon798 So what even is the point of making decks then? "Fun strategies" and "not always focused on winning games" are inherently contradictory. It's not a question of viability because fun decks can exist and don't need to be competitive. The problem, however, is that you aren't even bothering to actually play the game with your "not always focused on winning games" mindset. You're implying that you set up Archeops, mess around with Lugia for a little bit, then scoop the game essentially. At that point, you're not even playing the game at all - you're just wasting your opponent's time for no reason. Fun decks with off-brand strategies are perfectly fine to the extent you're actually trying to play the game and again, they don't need to be meta. But here, you're implying that you're not even trying to play the game at all, wasting yours and everyone else's time.

Deseus | Legacy of Wrath Perfectly valid point(s). I usually play in a pretty casual environment not filled with the extremely good meta decks for expanded, but I can understand if not everyone else is. I'm probably just acting way too defensive over a deck I threw together in like 10 minutes lol. I made a deck that I tried slightly harder to be good, so I would appreciate it if you give me a couple pointers once I upload it. I genuinely do want to make good decks, so getting constructive criticism is more than welcome.
