There is no need to be running Jacq and Evolution Incense. Try converting one or the other to more ball search as you have to little at the moment. On top of that 19 energy is way too high for an Ice Rider deck. Try reducing it to 12 or 13 and including more pokémon that can accelerate energy or discard it for Melony. Such as Radiant Greninja and a Palkia VStar line. Keldeo is kind of a dead card in the deck. Maybe try substituting it for a Lumineon V for better support search. Have a look at the Ice Rider deck I uploaded to get a look at some other good synergy cards.
