I have found that with this build I can consistantly get my bench built and start milling on turn 2.  Still waiting on a card that can disrupt the opponent's active Pokemon.  We used to have "Yell Horn" for the Durant Mill that was extremely helpful stalling.

 

Pokegear + Irida + Battle VIP Pass can quickly accelerate any game.

 

Jacq is helpful when trying to find your Cherrim, Bibarlel, or even grabbing 2 Wugtrios if you are already set up.

 

Cyllene + Skwovet/Bibarel is underrated.
