A cheap but effective deck. Use liepard to attack and then put it into your hand, then put up altaria to block incoming attacks. Then in your next turn, use Galarian meowth to discard 2 lightning energy and then use Flaaffy to power up Liepard again then retreat altaria with air balloon and repeat!

 

If anything goes wrong (like your opponent has a non V attacker) just use Grimsnarl and wipe them off the board!
