I will be curious to see what your win/loss ratio is with this deck. This deck currently is missing out completely on a VSTAR power. You have access to it in the form of Arceus VSTAR, and the fact that your opponents will be running a VSTAR power or attack gives them an edge. I also don't think you will be able to consistently draw without a way to look for specific cards (besides pokegear 3.0) as your deck only runs 4 draw supporters. Running 15 energy doesn't make sense here either. I think you should reconsider the combination of arceus and rapid strike urshifu. I'm sure against miraidon ex and lost box (providing they don't find manaphy) it might make sense to attack every other turn with urshifu and win. However, against anything else, you lose all your energy in the hopes of finding a switch, and if you are simply using arceus to power up urshifu to retreat into him every turn there are better V cards to use anyway, like Lucario VSTAR (SWSH Black Star Promos) or Machamp VMAX (Astral Radiance). Additionally, drapion isn't usually used in arceus decks because you have an easy way to charge up your choice of dark V pokemon on the bench, ones that have more HP and don't hit your own bench for 60 every time you attack. I would recommend I would recommend either Gengar VMAX (Fusion Strike) or Umbreon VMAX (Brilliant Stars Trainer Gallery). On that note, I would recommend taking out magnezone as you can't consistently empower him nor evolve into him. Remember, consistency wins games.
As a Gardevoir player, I don't think that this would be too great a counter. Assuming you don't try to use Urfishu VMAX (who would get Bossed to the active spot and then get hit Sky Seal Stone+Zacian V for a 4-prize draw), the lack of single-prize Pokémon in this deck mean that Gardevoir (Chilling Reign) would be able to deal damage and stay ahead on the prize trade. Sure, Drapion V could cause some damage, but to charge it up a second time you'll need to throw an Arceus V into the active spot to get sacrificed.
All in all, while I do think that this deck could hold its own against Gardevoir EX, it wouldn't be an indomitable counter, and probably wouldn't fare very well against other decks.
Sorry if this was too harsh! 😬
Octowen Harsh as it may seem, it's realistic. I think we all want to improve as players, and considering how different matchups would go is a good way to start. I see this deck struggling against many decks, as the 2 copies of Arceus V cannot be guaranteed to start in the active. Additionally, 4/10 of the other basics have 2 retreat cost, so you would burn a DTE just to get them out of the active (if you can find it), as you don't have access to Arceus VSTAR to find your 4 switching cards.
