I would ad some dark patches.
A deck that's designed purely to counter one archetype should have outs against other decks to not make it completely useless against well, any other deck. Plus, in Expanded, Mew VMAX should be the least of your worries. (Also, you forgot to add Alolan Meowth!)
So really, I'd look at some of the prominent dark-type decks in standard, like Darkrai or Roaring Moon to build off of for this deck. I'm sure you can do it!
