For your first deck here, I think that you did a nice job with it, but it's not quite fit for the Expanded format competitively. My main suggestion would be to fit this into being a Standard deck (cards that are labeled as rotation E and later), as decks like these that follow a linear plan usually work better there.
Rating this as a standard deck, I think that it works decently, but you should definitely focus on one of the attackers you have, instead of running 4 evolution lines of different Pokémon. The most fun one in my opinion would be focusing on Chesnaught V, as it can shred opponents if they don't play carefully, but I'll let you choose. You have good draw support in the Skwovet/Bibarel combo as well as Research, but you should have a card like Iono to mess up an opponent in the late game. You also don't need Cook or Emergency Jelly, at all, as healing isn't really viable in a format striving to OHKO everything. If you're afraid of Tsareena control though, you can tech in a Fresh Water Set (Brilliant Stars), even if it's unadvised. Lastly, Daisy's Help isn't all that useful for anyone other than beginners, as you can pretty easily figure out what's prized by using any of your search cards. Speaking of which, I like to have a 4-3-3 of Battle VIP Pass (Fusion Strike) , Nest Ball (Scarlet & Violet) , and Ultra Ball (Scarlet & Violet) to form a strong base for what you need, but the ratios often change depending on what the deck is about.
And that's all of the basic pointers I have to give you! If this is your first deck made, ever, this is quite good! So really, the most important tip I have is to make this Standard more than anything.

I really appreciate the feedback! I have made some changes after playing a couple of games with some friends. The main purpose of this deck is to play a few rounds after DnD haha. I don't have any intention of playing this competitively at this point, but will keep your notes in mind if I do decide to standardize the deck.
Your feedback is always appreciated if you want to suggest some alterations to the newly formed deck. I do have some limitations for which cards are available to me though. There are a couple cards in there that are specifically added for my friends too lol.
