This deck utilizes Tsareena ex's Icicle Sole in combination with Vanilluxe's, Frigid Room ability and Lunatone's Heal Block to get opposing Pokémon to 30 hp and prevent them from doing any sort of damage. Additionally, since this move leaves pokémon at 30 HP, utilizing Brute Bonnet's Toxic Powder Ability poisons the enemy and in conjunction with Radiant Hisuan Sneasler allows for a forced switch of KO at the end of the opponent's next turn. The use of evolution TMs, rare candies, and evolution incenses allow for quick setup and allow for Tsareena ex and Vanilluxe to be set up quickly in order to ensure that the opponent's Pokémon cannot attack.
