Edit: (10/8/25) Decided to bring this deck back from the dead.

Update: (10/8/25) Replaced Team Rocket's Wobbuffet with an extra Kirlia; forgot that Wobbuffet only works with other Team Rocket Pokémon. I will be adding in a Mega Gardevoir ex in the deck, replacing Flutter Mane once Mega Evolution is Standard Legal.

Update and Edit: (10/11/25) I was a little hasty in scrapping the build; I was very upset while playing it online last night, and I tend to make impulsive decisions when I'm upset. I've added two Frillish with Oceanic Gloom in place of Drifloon and an Air Balloon. I don't have Jellicent, and I'm not considering getting one. Also, swapped the last Air Balloon for an extra TM: Evo, as I can basically recycle my Psychic Energy with Gardevoir's Psychic Embrace. I still plan to swap Flutter Mane for Mega Gardevoir EX once it's Standard-legal here.
