Overall solid deck. Strategy is well explained. Hero's Cape (Temporal Forces) over Survival Brace (Twilight Masquerade) because sure, blissey with a cape CAN be OHKO's by the likes of Chien-Pao and Raging bolt, but most of the time decks like zard gardy drag etc. have no choice but to tap a 400 HP Blissey since in that case, cape acts like a brace but can store more damage counters and sometimes tank 2 hits.
Oh and also, remember that horror and stone energy have rotated, they're regulation D.
