The Gengar line is not needed (just use Gengar's ability) and Torterra is not able to be used without an evo line. It's also not good. You also shouldn't run Gengar VMAX. You could run Life Shaker Gengar if you wanted, but I'd recommend converting this to Stanard with cards like Damage Pump. If you need more suggestion, tag me!
