I think if you want to improve the Jolteon MU you should add a Training Court > Hoopa/Moltres. It sucks to go down to one but it'll allow you to bump P2P one turn and attack with Galarian Zapdos with Raihan + manual attachement if they have two Jolteon in play. If you aren't predicting you'll queue into spread feel free to take Manaphy out for a training court (still a good card in general and can even allow you to go -1 energy for +1 another card) or another consistency card.
