SGLC (Semi or Sorta Gym Leader Challenge) is a Singleton format, no Rule box Pokémon, and cards after Sun & Moon can be used for this format as well. SGLC doesn't have type restrictions like GLC, so using mix types is encouraged to cover weaknesses.

This deck has a focus on Dark Energies while dealing small consistent damage for low energy cost. The focus is putting damage counters on all the opponent's Pokemon early, and cleaning them up later with the finishers.
