Deck Primer

deck is built around basically powering up hydreigon with bouffalant, munkidori, and either heroes cape or pecharaunt and binding mochi to do a lot of damage while blocking and sending back a lot of the damage that's being dealt to you.

I'm still new to building decks so constructive criticism welcome

It is always great to see a deck with Hydreigon, because I really want this pokemon to succeed.  I have always had issues evolving and accelerating enegy fast enough, to keep up with my opponent.

First, and I might be misreading this, it sounds like you want Bouffalant to protect all your pokemon.  Unfortunately, "Curly Wall" only works for basic normal (colorless) pokemon.  This would be only Fan Rotom, Ursaluna, and Bouffalant.

Hero's Cape is a great A.C.E. Spec in any deck, but with Hydreigon needing multiple energy types for its attack, most people use Neo Upper Energy (two rainbow energy when attatched to a Stage 2 pokemon) or Sparkling Crystal (Terra pokemon attacks cost one less rainbow energy).  One of these, with a Crispin, can allow you to attack immediately after fully evolving.

You also might consider adding Janine's Secret Art.  It allows you to add dark energy to two dark pokemon on your bench with no downside (poison), or add an energy to your active dark pokemon, poisoning it, and increasing damage with Binding Mochi.
