You want Hoopa in active at the start of the game and to go second. Ideally, Hoopa will ramp you every turn and you can start building up a Tyranitar and maybe a Koffing if you have ways to find Weezing. You want to sacrifice a few Hoopas and use Energy Switch and Dark Patch/Marnies Pride to receive any energies that were discarded when they died. You should be able to get a few activations of Hoopas ability off and have a Tyranitar or Weezing that is fairly stacked. Weezing can start using Smog

Weezing can start using Smog Burst to deal significant damage, if you have Moltres before his attack you want to play it as it will give you an extra 40 damage from its ability. Use Weezing to clear up smaller threats and Tyranitar/Moltres to deal with the bigger ones.
