Deck Explanation:

The main goal of the deck is to quickly setup your attackers to gain advantage and poison our opponents's Pokémon, Toxicroak (Paldea Evolved) is our main attacker while Hisuian Overqwil (Astral Radiance) act like our secondary attacker, both share a common effect: when poisoning, they add additional damage counters, as poison is not always reliable we need to be as aggresive as possible to quickly take down oppenents's Pokémon, use the poison attacks in conjunction of Perilous Jungle (Temporal Forces) and Radiant Hisuian Sneasler (Lost Origin) to inflict extra poison damage to foes, next we can found the max total damage per attack:

Toxicroak EX - Toxic Ripper: 120 base damage (100 if Double Turbo Energy is attached) + 60 damage counters from poison + 20 Radiant Hisuian Sneasler + 20 Periolous Jungle = 220 total damage (200 if Double Turbo Energy is attached), 60 to 100 poison damage during each Pokémon checkup.

Overqwil - Tormenting Poison: 0 base damage + 50 damage counters from poison + 20 Radiant Hisuian Sneasler + 20 Periolous Jungle = 90 total damage, 50 to 90 poison damage during each Pokémon checkup.

Poison will continue to inflict damage on each Pokémon checkup, making your opponent have to think about whether to use resources to preserve their active Pokémon or not.

Pokémon cards:

As explained before, Toxicroak EX and Overqwil have the attacker role, Radiant Hisuian Sneasler is a staple as it's ability helps to inflict more posion damage to opponent's Pokémon, it can also be used to attack in a peril, Bibarel (Brilliant Stars) is our draw engine, helping to get our key cards faster.

Item cards:

The deck uses a variety of cards that help to search our key cards, Buddy-Buddy Poffin (Temporal Forces) and Nest Ball (Paldean Fates) to search our basic Pokémon, while Ultra Ball (Paldean Fates) and Master Ball (Temporal Forces) can search any Pokémon, Dark Patch (Astral Radiance) to recycle darkness energies discarded or detached, Super Rod (Paldea Evolved) has the same purpose but can also recycle Pokémon cards, Switch can help in a peril and Perilous Jungle for it's obvious synergy with poison.

Supporter cards:

Professor's Research (Paldean Fates) can refresh your hand and helps with bricky hands, and some discarded cards can be recycled with item cards, Iono (Paldean Fates)  can help to disrupt our opponent's strategy and helps with bricky hands as well, Boss’s Orders (Ghetsis) (Paldea Evolved) can take the opponent off guard and knock out potential threats.

Energy cards:

The deck uses 8 Basic Darkness Energy (Scarlet & Violet Energies), 4 Double Turbo Energy (Brilliant Stars) will let you attack quickly with Toxicroak EX at the cost of 20 points of damage.

Tips:

• Overqwil doesn't require any energy to poison foes, allowing us to concentrate on attaching energies to Toxicroak EX (and Hisuian Sneasler also on some occasions).

• Overqwil can be replaced with Muk (Brilliant Stars) to take advange of poison, or you can replace one Qwilfish with Skwovet (Scarlet & Violet) to prevent you from decking out, however keep in mind about bench space.

• Discard your basic darkness energies with Ultra Ball or Professor's Research and recycle them with Dark Patch.
