Welcome to the site! And congrats on deck of the day!
In Darkrai VSTAR decks, you typically see most of the Pokémon being ones that can get a lot of energy attached, so that Darkrai VSTAR can do more damage.
I like the inclusion of Hisuian Samurott, but I don't think it can be practical. The Wyrdeer is not great, there are better draw options.
My recommendations:
Get rid of the Stantlers and Wyrdeers (4 slots free)
Get rid of the Oshawotts and Samurotts. You also don't need rare candy now, so take that out as well (16 slots free)
Get rid of Choy, Copycat, the Professor Burnets and Zisu (22 slots free)
Get rid of 5 Dark energy (27 slots free)
Get rid of the Pokémon Catchers (31 slots free)
Get rid of Radiant Jirachi (32 slots free)
Add 2 Darkrai V and 2 Darkrai VSTAR (28 slots free)
Add 4 Battle VIP Pass (24 slots free)
Add 2 Galarian Moltres and 2 Galarian Moltres V (20 slots free)
Add Radiant Greninja (19 slots free)
Add 2 Nest Ball (17 slots free)
Add 4 Professor's Research (13 slots free)
Add 2 Iono (11 slots free)
Add 1 Dark Patch (10 slots free)
Add 2 Escape Rope and 2 Switch (6 slots free)
Add 2 Super Rod (4 slots free)
Add 1 Path to the Peak and 1 Lost Vacuum (2 slots free)
Add 2 Trekking Shoes
No pressure ofc, these are just what I would do, but I like your unique approach to Darkrai!
also this is the first darkrai deck on this site for 2 weeks. hmm
