This deck is limited by low damage output. You did a pretty good job for such a limiting card, though. It doesn't work very well as an attacker, except with Star Winder. I think it might be more fun to use it as a setup card with Regal Blender onto a card that scales damage based on energy like Ogerpon. I think more Energy Switch to power up Serperior VSTAR to use Regal Blender sooner would be beneficial. I don't think you can do much with this deck, but I don't like a 4-4 line.
Also, would you mind if I tried doing this challenge (or a similar variant) too? It looks fun.
Tangent thank you so much. Since the deck was being built around serperior, I felt that it was only right I ran four copies to ensure it was the center of the deck and didn't end up as a sidepiece in the deck. Serperior was a tough card to build around, so there's not a lot you can do, but I appreciate your suggestions. Feel free to go for the challenge as well, it's only been twice now but so far it's been lots of fun.
