Things here are really confuse, regading pokemon you usually choose one main attacker and a secondary one.
Try to explain your offence plan
A lot going on here, trainer cards should make up majority of your deck and I can tell you right now that you have way too many pokemon its hard to see what you are going for, I would start with the pokemon you want to be the main attacker then find a support pokemon that would complement it well with either an attack or ability.
if this is your first deck then you should try to only stick to two types of energy and pokemon. also i would recomend if your going to have evoled pokemon like decicuaye to remove the beach court card, this is because beach court can only affect the pokemon that are basic(rowlet, squritle, gastly and growlithe) (I am sorry if this is to long) i would also agree with brainfail and Call Me Seal pokemon is a game that you can be creative so try your best.
