Um this deck's decent again so yeah here it is. 

On paper, it's best matchup is pure Arceus/Arceus inteleon or a darkbox deck (ex. Hoopa), and it's worst matchup is a single prize spreader or something similar.

Regarding the top decks right now it's matchups are:

Urshifu: Neutral. Most Urshifu decks run Galarian Moltres that can hit you 

Malamar: Negative. Malamar OHKOs you and you do not OHKO them in response. 

Arceus Inteleon: Positive. Apart from quick shooting, they can't really

Arceus Inteleon: Positive. Apart from quick shooting, they can't really hit you, and path negates their Starbirth.

Mew: Slightly positive. Path-locking is very strong against Mew, but if they get two energy on a Mew, they have shred.

Arceus Duraludon: Negative. Big shredder kills you in one hit.

The deck's BEST matchup in the entire meta is Mad Party, which is what most spread decks' best matchup is
