So once again we're trying to use this little beloved bird in the next expansion fusion strike.

Since the new reveal of Mew V and Vmax put in the table an attack that can bypass everything for the total damage of 130 which is not ko on our bird (without any boost of 30 damage from the upcoming item for fusion strike pokemon) i believe that decidueye despite allthat is a really strong option for budget and rogue player along side galarian weezing.

Considering that the only threat on the new format is Mew Vmax/Genesect for our deck and the only way to counter it is playing Dusknoir, a really great pokemon that block a lot of deck reliant in special energy, or a bunch of crushing hammer.

Im not really convinced to play 4 crushing hammer since they are 4 dead card against deck that cant attack you and Dusknoir take a way more large portion of the meta decks but despite this i still see the hammer as good option.

Flannery is the second tech option that we have but since the new supporter card boost 2 energy on fusion strike pokemon, Mew Vmax can attack in one turn , so dont relay on it too much.

You can also play the fan and replace fannery since discarding the stadium is always irrilevant except for very few time.

Overall the deck is still the way i remember a really great rougue deck that can win against player that doesnt tech or play card against decidueye and win you quite a good place in some tournament and locals.

I propably considering playing (for budget player) with either decidueye or galarian weezing for the new upcoming official tournament.

And as always have fun and stay safe, good luck for the tournaments
