I don't think Obsidian Flames will be legal, seeing as I'm pretty sure worlds start tomorrow, August 10th, and Obsidian Flames doesn't release until the 11th. Not to mention sets usually aren't legal until a few weeks after they're released to ensure that everyone can get their hands on some of the cards.
That's what I thought. Worlds would be horrible if a new set was legal and people got no time to test. Side not I think worlds is the 11th
