True, but you should have like 3 water energy, because you might end up needing a little extra reach, or needing to use some other attacks if you can't find the VMax, to prevent you from being stuck doing nothing.

@Riperillaboom You really don't, those water energy just get in the way. This deck has shady dealings engine, the chances of not finding vmax isnt even consider a problem. Even if you are needed to attack with other attacks instead of the vmax... Inteleon V, Sobble and Octillery are RS pokemon, so they can use the special energy too. Only Shady dealing inteleon is unable to attack, but thats 1 out 59 cards, you definitely not add basic energy for 1 card, let alone 3 basic energy.

@MrE727 Double gunner ability isn't being used right now. This deck is having success by attacking with rapid strike energy, returning energy to hand and cheryl when hurt.
