Decently simple deck. Salazzle hits for each special condition on the opponent, and butterfree taps the maximum number of conditions on the opponent. With all damage modifiers, salazzle should be able to hit for 340 damage, capable of OHKOing almost every pokemon. 

 

Specific card uses:

Hypnotoxic Laser (Plasma Storm) - when the opponent puts up a meatshield to waste your resources

Devolution Spray (Fates Collide) - lets you use butterfree again (good since metapod bypasses the next
